Bela's journey to creating Dance.Health began in 2017 when he moved to Malta, seeking year-round sunshine and the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. With a lifelong passion for exercise, Bela is not only a Zumba instructor and passionate salsa dancer but also a former professional handball player. His diverse background, combined with his certification in Lifestyle Medicine, allows him to craft a program that merges evidence-based practices with the joy of movement.
